Can I order different sizes for my family?
Yes. Use “Add another item / size” to add as many size combinations as you need.
How does the family/group discount work?
When your order contains four or more merchandise items in total, the 10% family/group price is applied automatically. T-shirts and hoodies can be mixed.
How do I pay for my order?
Choose how you would like to pay: PayPal (pay securely online with PayPal or a debit/credit card, and your order is confirmed straight away), Bank Transfer, or Cash at Church to the Church Admin. After you submit you’ll receive a unique order reference. For Bank Transfer and Cash, payment must be received by Sunday, 11 October 2026 to secure the Early Bird price (5% off); orders placed after that date use standard pricing and have a 48-hour payment window. Use your order reference as your bank transfer reference, or give it to the Church Admin with your name when paying in cash.
What happens if I don’t pay in time?
For Bank Transfer and Cash orders, submitting the form does not secure the Early Bird price — only payment received by Sunday, 11 October 2026 does. PayPal orders are confirmed as soon as your payment is complete. Unpaid orders are not guaranteed after the payment deadline shown on your confirmation, and availability and pricing may change. If you still want the merchandise, please contact us and we’ll confirm whether your order can still be accommodated.
Where will I collect my merchandise?
Orders will be collected from City of David Cambridge. We’ll contact you when yours is ready.
