Pastors Idris Kolade and Yinka Oyinlade serve as the Lead Pastors of RCCG City of David, Cambridge. Together, they are passionate about teaching God’s Word, strengthening families, raising leaders, and helping people grow in their faith and God-given purpose.
Pastor Kolade is a teacher of God’s Word, author, and marriage counsellor who is committed to helping people understand their identity in Christ and develop into effective leaders in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities. Over the years, he has ministered across several nations, sharing the gospel and encouraging believers through biblical teaching.
Pastor Yinka serves as Executive Pastor and President of the Women of Excellence Ministry. She is passionate about prayer, discipleship, pastoral care, and supporting individuals and families in their walk with God. Through her leadership, she helps create an environment where people are welcomed, nurtured, and encouraged to flourish spiritually.
Together, they lead with faith, humility, and a shared commitment to seeing lives transformed through Christ. They are blessed with three children and continue to serve God and His people with joy and gratitude.
Yemi Macaulay is a distinguished community leader, retired civil servant, clergy, and entrepreneur whose life has been defined by service, faith, and deep commitment to community development.
With decades of experience across public service, ministry, and business, he continues to be a respected voice in civic, cultural, and spiritual spaces.
Yemi, served as Councillor and Chairman of Orchard Park Community Council, where he championed local engagement, neighbourhood cohesion, and community-led initiatives. He is presently a Councillor with Burwell Parish Council.
His passion for education and youth development led him to serve as Vice Chairman and Parent Governor at Orchard Park Community Primary School, Cambridge contributing to strategic decisions that supported student welfare and school improvement.
Alongside his public service, Yemi is an accomplished entrepreneur in the hospitality sector.
A devoted clergy, mentor, counsellor and spiritual leader, Yemi serves as Trustee and the Resident Pastor of RCCG City of David Parish in Cambridge.
His commitment to chaplaincy and pastoral care extends further through his role as Trustee and member of Redemption Chaplaincy International UK. Yemi’s life reflects a blend of civic responsibility, spiritual dedication, and entrepreneurial vision.
Yemi is happily married to Dr Grace and blessed with three children and granddaughter.
Eunice Agbo loves God and is passionate about prayer, marriage, children and singles. She is an intercessor, a soul winner, a worship leader, a song writer and an author.
She believes in prayer and is passionate about standing in the gap for marriages and families. She mentors singles and young couples with her husband – Dr Chris Agbo. Eunice is a Visioneer of MADNAR (MUMNEEDAREST) and LCIC (LADIES CONNECT TOGETHER IN CHRIST).
She supports the executive pastor of City of David Cambridge in leading the singles and newly married women. She is the pastor in Charge of the Music, Intercessory and Children Departments of RCCG City of David Cambridge.
Pastor Amos serves as Youth Pastor at City of David Cambridge, where he provides leadership for the Youth Ministry and oversees Corporate Governance. He is passionate about equipping and developing young people into leaders and agents of change.
He has a diverse career spanning research and development, analytical chemistry, neuro linguistic programming, coaching, and project and partnership management.
He studied at the University of Ibadan, the University of Lincoln, and the University of Cambridge. He is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Cambridge University Coaches network.
He is a project and partnership management professional with experience leading multi-million-pound projects in the public sector. He serves as Director at Cambridge Leadership and is the bestselling author of 7 Secrets of High Achievers. He also serves as Secretary General for RCCG Youth and Young Adults Affairs (YAYA) in Europe.
His passion is empowering others through faith building, purpose discovery, coaching, mentoring, and public speaking.
He is married to Deaconess Chika Akinwale, and they are blessed with three lovely daughters.
Pastor Chris Agbo is a dynamic leader called to serve God’s people with a unique blend of spiritual devotion and professional excellence. He serves as the Head of the Events department and provides pastoral leadership over the Men’s Ministry, Ushering, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding departments.
At the core of Pastor Chris’s calling is a profound passion for Relationship & Marriage ministry. He actively mentors young married men and hosts regular forums empowering singles to build healthy relationships. Alongside his wife, Pastor Eunice Agbo, he is deeply invested in marriage counselling and couples’ mentorship. He is also passionate about developing the next generation of leaders within both the church and the secular world.
Professionally, Pastor Chris is a senior NHS Consultant Nephrologist with a PhD in Medical Simulation. A respected global figure, he is the past president of the Medical Association of Nigerians Across Great Britain and was named a 2023 Global Honoree of the Top 100 Most Influential People of African Descent.
Pastor Chris and Pastor Eunice are blessed with two wonderful children. In his leisure time, he enjoys travelling and is an avid fan of Formula 1
