Ensuring that new comers that have indicated an interest in joining COD are properly integrated into the church

Roles

  • Build and maintain a dynamic and efficient follow-up department.
  • Create structures and an ambience that portray COD as a ‘warm and caring church’.
  • Make scheduled, periodic calls to all members of the church & new comers in the church with a view to getting them to become members of COD, if they are looking for a church to attend.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database on all members of the church & new comers to the church, indicating the progression of the department’s interaction with each new comer
  • Ensure that new comers that have indicated an interest in joining COD are properly integrated into the church
